In Montessori schools across the world, Peace Day is celebrated as a holiday of fundamental importance. Every year at MHP, we host our Peace Day ceremony where we take a moment of silence and reflection on what peace is and requires of us. We encourage children and parents alike to live more peacefully—with each other, with nature, and with themselves.
