OUR FARM-TO-TABLE INITIATIVE
BAAN promotes farm-to-table as much as our land provides. We encourage everyone to utilise the abundance of nature and to be resourceful with all that she provides, while also taking care of the land in a sustainable way.
For now, with what’s available, we provide just enough to supply our school lunches and sometimes with a little bit to spare for our parents to take home. As we develop our land, we will share in the abundance with the community. We aim to provide seasonal and perennial fruits, herbs, mushrooms and vegetables as it is available, in good quality.
